Jaja Bolivar (SAG-AFTRA) is an American actress/comedian/model who has appeared in film, television, and commercials.

She currently hosts the web series, The Brachiator, globally exploring the meaning of America.

 

Jaja has been featured in ads for Budweiser (Superbowl), H&M (Coachella), USAA, and other major brands.

She hosted the globally broadcasted cable talk show Adobo Nation.

 

In the Philippines, Jaja starred as a correspondent on the satirical news show Wazzup! Wazzup!  While in character, 

she interviewed the sitting president, world champion Manny Pacquiao, a disgraced x-president, a revered political matriarch (while impersonating her), and other government officials and celebrities, as well as people on the street from protesters to prostitutes. She starred in national ad campaigns for a major pizza chain and everything from diapers to dishwashing liquid. Jaja appeared in sitcoms, romcoms, soap operas, and was a principal cast member in a sci-fi drama series about winged humanoids. 

 

In early years, Jaja was class president + class clown at a nun-run Catholic school. She graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines where she excelled in the prominent comedic performing arts group, SAMASKOM.

She lives in New York City.
